Or why not a Self-Directed 401k since you’re already into RE?

I'm ready to put a property under contract in Brooklyn & I seriously need feedback from any local investors iiwilling to shed light on what purchase/sale & assignment contracts they use in NYC & why?

Finally get a chance to meet @Brandon Turner My favorite BP podcast Co-Host. I'm There!

@Pat L. Thanks a lot really! Yes, I really like the sound of that. I'd like to speak to a little more on this later if that's ok?

@Edward Hamill Thanks a lot for the link. I'll definitely look into these builders. And I really appreciate your checking with your contacts for me. I'll let you know what I find out.

I definitely look forward to it

@Matt Payne No, it was quite helpful Thank You. I'll Definitely get in touch with them. Thanks Again.

Thanks for the feedback @Karen Margrave & @NAYMike Watkins. Really appreciate it. @Michael Noto I'll definitely keep that in Mind as Pa is an area of interest of mine.

Does anyone on BP have any experience using Prefab Multi-Families as new construction? Would anyone be nice enough to briefly explain the Pro's & Con's or any cavaets to be aware of? Can you recommend a reputable company that services the NYC area?

Doubt if there is any particular time since peoples moods & schedules vary from person to person. Although I don't have any hard numbers on cold call success rates by time. I"d like to see if anyone does respond with some hard numbers.
