@Robert Steele Yes, i just downloaded the copy from fileplace that @Ronda McCormick made me aware of & it pretty much follows the same format you suggested. Though i can see where @Patrick Reagan & @Weston Brown are coming from because i don't wanna appear intrusive either at such a painful point in someones life. Guess, I was just wondering if there was a way to strike balance & still be effective.

@Ronda McCormick I just downloaded it & that really goes to the heart of my question. It mentions "condolescences" & the like. So, although i wonder if it'll appear totally insensitive by following the normal yellow letter format & I kind of don't wanna appear intrusive either.

Thanks @Ronnie Boyd . Yeah it was my intention to use yellow letters. My main concern was the actual wording. Infact, I'm gonna tag you to the discussion going on where i posted it to the forum.

@Paige Kettner How're you doing? I'm pretty much just like you, a Newbie that has played spectator on BP. So, I'm just beginning to "Engage" myself as @Joshua Dorkin always urges Lol. But, one piece of advice I can give you is, if have not already, download the BP App & listen to the Podcasts. I've listened to everyone & i can't even tell you how much I've learned from the Investors being interviewed.

On another note, I used to live in Norfolk. I don't know how familiar you are with Oceanview but if you drive some of those little back streets off of East Oceanview there quite a few of those small properties you describe back there in the cut. Judy Boone hasn't bought up Everything...yet. Lol

And because of the constant Navy presence i don't you'll have have to worry about having people to rent to. Screening will your biggest issue there. Well, I wish you the Paige. Meet you at the top.

@Ronnie Boyd Wow i just posted this question to the forums & then saw the thread to this one in mine. I read your comment & wanted to ask if you'd allow me to have a copy of your letter as well. I went the the courthouse & researched some leads I just want to handle the wording correctly.

Unlike a lot of the people I've seen comment on the subject i Kind of like going down to the courthouse doing the research to locate Probate leads. But I'm at a lose on how to SPECIFICALLY word my yellow. Should I folow the basics format of " I want to $buy$ your house at..." ?( It just seems a bit insensitive given who we're targeting in the marketing) or is there a more fitting & "effective" approach for these leads?

Hey @Eric Micheals did I do something wrong by posting my email address? I just tried to go back to that thread & got a message that MY discussion was private Lol. If so, what's the correct way to exchange info on here?
