Hi all,

I hope this is posted in the right place,if not (Mods) please free to move.

So, i just got a list of foreclosure and lis pend and i am not sure how i can use this to my advantage?

The list is quite extensive and i know there is a lot i can do with it, but i wanted to get some other ideas on how to go about it.

Thanks all...
