Hello All !

I am a new investor from Las Vegas. I am interested in long distance brrrring and flips. Ive been gathering information and networking the last month or so. I've been looking at different deals and narrowing in on the specifics of what I am looking for. My goal is to have 2 projects under my belt by end of next summer. I'd be excited to talk with other investors about strategy, deals, or any conversation that will help us learn. Love the BP forums ! Thanks for letting me say hi.
