@Alex Petrowski Welcome to the BP Family and you have come to the right place.
Looks like you have been doing some research and connecting with the right folks.
I normally host the meet-up meeting in Houston/Spring once in a month where we connect and help each other grow for FREE.
You can find the next meeting here: https://www.biggerpockets.com/...
I live in Spring so we are close to each other. Let's connect.
Goodluck and Happy Investing!

@Luca Giani KvCore and Opcity are not the same thing.
It allows you to create Listing Sign Riders, create squeeze pages, landing pages, and FB Marketplace Posts.
You can also auto-post to social media. It also has the capacity to do some auto follow-up with your leads via some auto campaigns.

@Judy Wang This is very subject depending on your short and long term goals.
You can also get 1% in Houston, Texas in the C- and D neighborhoods.
You may have to deal with low-quality tenants and the issues that come with that.
You have received a lot of other cities here as well. Do your research on them and follow what is best for you.
Goodluck.

@Mariano Alegria You can have multiple mortgages at a time.
I will suggest you get hold of a Rockstar Lender. Make sure they are familiar with Real Estate Investment and have experience working with investors.
Goodluck and I can not wait to read your success story.
