@Cheyenne Gamangasso

You have all great advise here already from this experience investors. The next thing for you is to TAKE ACTION.

House Hacking strategy that you have chosen is a great starting point. I currently have a 5beds/2.5bath under contract for a client for the same strategy in the Katy area. My Client will live in the Master Bed and rent out the remaining for rooms for $500 each.

As @Vijaianand Thirunageswaram mentioned, choose your location wisely.

Remember nobody read their way to Financial Freedom or Wealth Accumulation.

Goodluck and reach out if you need any help.

@Ali Boone from my personal experience, 95% of Turn-Key properties through a Turn-Key Companies are overpriced in the Houston Area.

They are very scared and the numbers never work for me and my Investors.

That's why I have focused on creating a deal from MLS listings by looking for motivated sellers.

Thank you

@Austin Spitzenberger

Welcome to the BP Family. You are on the right track and have chosen a great strategy of House Hacking.

I am Houston based Realtor and Buy & Hold Investor Specialized in Single-Family Properties and Small Multi-Family (Duplex, Triplex and Fourplex).

I invest in the Houston and Surrounding Cities like Spring, Cypress, Katy, Stafford, Pearland and I help my In-State and Out-State Investors to do the same.

As you probably know, the Houston Real Estate Market is super HOT right now even with the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Reach out if there if you need help.

Goodluck and Happy Investing!

@Amara Petrilli I use to host one in Spring, Texas but currently on hold because of COVID. I plan to resume the meetup by January 2021 depending on the COVID-19 trend.

As @Brian Alfaro mentioned, they are 95% shutdown now.

In the meantime connect and ask questions.

@Victoria Hill The Big encouragement is YOU.

Know what you want and go for it.

Networth with people that are already doing it.

Set up your 90 days Real Estate Goal and hold yourself accountable to that goal. Don't forget to keep it simple 👌.

I work full-time as a Project Engineer, I'm also a Realtor (specialize in working with investors) and I'm also Investing Full-time.

All these are not easy if I don't have the "Personal Motivation" to keep going no matter the amount of external motivations.

I will suggest you stick to a Real Estate Niche and get great at that niche first before diversifying to other Real Estate Niches.

Goodluck and don't be a stranger.
