@Angel Baez Don’t forget to also run the numbers for when you move out! Chances are your not going to want to live there forever so you would want the deal to cash flow when you leave.

@Chris Bogataj What type of loan are you looking to use? FHA? Conventional? I know for FHA you can only have 1 FHA loan out at a time in your name.

@Deahneece Ridgell I recommend attending a local meet up in your area. I know with COVID going on most are virtual, at least in my area they are!

@Stephanie Moala What was the issue that the lender had? Maybe you can try another lender? Borrow money from friends/family?
