Hoping this is the right forum!

HI everyone! I am a fairly new real estate investor in Rhode Island. My wife and I are working on closing our second multi family a 4plex. That being said coming into the new year I am wanting to sindicate a deal. I have a lot of resources but no experience. Due to Covid it has put a hardship on getting out there and networking. My question is, how does one network? Everyone says that is a need in real estate to be successful, so here I am.
