Multiple bidding wars going on. But there are places you can find some deals, all depends on what you're looking for.

Yeah a lot of banks are not doing NOO HELOCS during this Covid 19 crap.

I found a bank that does it in Colorado, but only a 50K maximum. But I think HELOCS are amazing.

@Marc Rose just to be clear Dave Ramsey made his money by selling books, seminars, and YouTube. He didn't make his money by saving money to be rich.  So watch what you put out there, it is misleading. 

That's true @Tim Kavanaugh but I do a lot of investing out of state.
