I'm a Veteran from the Army. I'm a real estate investor in California, in the High Desert. If you ever need to talk, you can always contact me.

It's been awhile since I flipped houses or had rentals in Detroit/ surrounding areas. Looks like I might just be crazy enough to do it.

So I've been toying with the idea of joining EXP for years. Especially as I got my lending license and realtor license. Doing re-search to see if it's the right fit for me.

Under contract to move St Louis MO

Now technically it's on the Illiois side. But close enough.

Anyways I'm excited and nervous at the same time. Why?

Well its something new and different.

I actually was out in Belleville IL. last year for my fix and flip I had.

So now I'm moving there. Never saw that coming at all.

Post: Why don't you see Spa's in Missouri, Illinois.

I find it odd that you wouldn't see a Spa in these areas, which is typically colder then California. Is there a reason why you don't?

First off I had to put the UR & 4 because I didn't have any characters left.

Also I'm interested in new construction, also joining EXP. So that is why I put EXP agents.

So just curious how it is.
