It's been awhile since I purchased a home as a rental. I took a break from that to work on my other business. But I'm ready to hop on the saddle again. For various reasons. 

1. Tax Purposes 

2. Cashflow is king. 

3. Well there's always other reasons. 

So I'm trying to see where do you all think they best inexpensive markets to invest in???

It's crazy how close we are, but we're both considered the High Desert. But different High Deserts. But we can always connect and network.

Well as you know all of California is pricey. But Barstow being one of the most affordable places. As a long term rental I 100% think its best for rental growth and appreciation. As the train being built in Apple Valley to Las Vegas will eventually be built. So that will bring more people, more houses, more jobs. 

And feel free to contract me and discuss more. I love to chat about a lot of things. lol Especially real estate.
