Are you living out there @John Kernen
I'm looking at some potential deals right now. Also my property is not a wholesale deal or anything, it's already fixed up and would be sold at market value.

That's pretty awesome @Pavan Sandhu I know it's definitely a learning curve, but I'm open to learning.

Hey @John Kernen it's rented out right now. I'm going to be selling it next year. I will fly out there and be the listing agent. But I'm hunt to do some flips out there. My friend lives in Colorado Springs and he does remodeling.

So yes that's my goal. Why? Because can lead to some big profits, really great content, and a lot of fun. Went to go look at land today, met with a architecture today as well. Not to mention as a realtor and lender I leverage it for more business, and at the end of the day that's what it's all about.

Also getting ready to flip one of my VA homes, I lived in it for 2 years. So that will be a tax-free flip. I will use that money to buy the lot, run utilities to the site, grade the property.

So anyone ever done new construction? Or want too? I'm wanting to hear your ideas.

Hello @Jean Santiago

Yes I still do meetups. I'm always networking. I'm getting ready to do a flip right now. I commented on your other post, would love to network and to see how I can help.

I live and work in the H.D.

I don't know why you say demand is low, if you really wanted the business you can find it anywhere. And I must say that the High Desert is the cheapest biggest city left in California and it will not stay that long once the train gets built.
