Hey yo an MBA over here and a undergrad in Real Estate. I'm a statistic somewhere. lol 

But I did a post on most realtors suck and I 100% stick to it. 

That's actually good advice @Candace Pfab I do facetime, whatsapp, things like that when I go see properties and what not. But doing that for our initial phone call can be beneficial.
