One of his goals was to make it on Bigger Pockets Podcast and he accomplished that this year. He was a friend of mine and a true pioneer for real estate investing. As a builder, broker, and cashflow king: he truly helped so many people.

I'm sad that I found out that he died on December 3rd from Covid 19. He opened his home up to me, hell wanted me to move there.

He was truly my biggest Instagram cheerleader. But more than that he was my friend/mentor.

I always told him it is not IF I will put out content, it is WHEN. Well WHEN is NOW.

So how did Rick Jarman help any of you???

I got properties in Flint and Detroit, they can be lucrative if you know what you're doing. Crazy I came across this post. I'm messaging you right now @Bradley LaBrie

I'm actually considering selling some of my properties out there.

So people think that real estate is passive, I can tell you it certainly is not.

I have properties that I thought were rented out, come to find out they are not. I got properties that are rented out that I haven't received money on. I got properties that are not selling. It is a horrible experience when people play with your money.

Especially when you're so far away.

Now my quest would probably to either find a new real estate company or something like that. What are your thoughts on this.

I have been thinking about moving to Idaho. Only thing really holding me back is I don't really have deals to do in Idaho. Is there areas that make for good investments?

I retired when I was 27, and I'm thankful I was able to.

Post: Any EXP agents or Realtors in General that are ALSO Lenders

So I have my brokers license and also my lenders license. But I currently don't practice or do lending. But I really want to be able to utilize both of my licenses.

So I was wondering if there are any realtors are here that do lending? And possibly any EXP agents that are lenders as well.

Oh yeah of course @Charlie Cameron

I do appreciate the information. I do plan on becoming a broker in all the states I flip in. And I can co-list with another EXP agent, correct?

I wonder if it would be smart to join a company like EXP and be able to flip properties across the country. And either opening my own brokerage or possibly joining different EXP offices wherever I travel to do business.

Obviously I don't know if that is legal.

Anyone part of EXP, that has an opinion on this?
