I love the earler tesponce and will add the videos are truly a pre interview medium for you

People will have seen how you are and live your life

Authenticity is core to these platforms as we are all so media fatigued these days

@Uzma Abdullah. I'm with a few others on the multi family house hack as a middle ground

I understand that's not always best for family's with kids

Love to hear what you land on after all discussions

Best of luck

@Lakshman K.

One of my places in metro Boston is of the same build era. After an inspection gives you deeper insured into the strenth of the investment , I would jot hesitate to consider these oldies but goodies. It hey we're kept up with , the build quality is normally very good

@Russell Holmes well that was. A good buck and a half worth of excellent advice

I for one in this community appreciate the depth of that share and the balance you delivered about finding what's right for the individual

We all succeed when we come from that place

Thanks much

Tax wise it can have a very strong impact on your real income . You also are in the market looming  to secure your investment opportunities  that will put you in contact with people you can help buy sell or invest with the liscence.  I would recommend getting as knowledgeable as possible and operate with the highest integrity for theses clients to service to earn thier trust  and future business for you excellent service

speak with you Cpa regarding true benefits of  working as an agent while managing investment property.

For your situation I would investigate some of the virtual brokerages

a live broker with the fit feel and learning you after would be best

However the virtual options offer deep archives if your a self learner

it will come down to ymhiw you work and learn beat and what the brokerage would accept

all the best

I like your position to care and share an overview of your value and have the believers who clearly see the benefit from contracting with you  enjoy the details of how your company helps them .
if it's all free it has no value

nice job developing and protecting your  business
