Well your live style choice is evident in your desire to invest in live in the wonderful metro Boston area.  We were just in east Boston for Father's Day brunch this morning . I find myself as a realtor and investor admiring the diverse architecture from many different eras in that burgeoning area.

the market is much harder yes however we just had kids of good friends of ours complete thier homing  journey by patiently waiting for the right situation to be found. The got into a home that needs enough work to ward of the overbiddrs and will reliaze a few hundred K in upside when they polish this property up.

your post tells me you want the Boston /metro lifestyle . If that is true , would be patient and focusd on the search to eventually find your next place.

Congratulations on the simple tried and true path your Nd your person are in to real wealth

I love seeing people consider house hacking , especially in the New England market

wahat great way to build equity , learn a few things and set yourself up for the next property.

Respect to the hardy willing to step back and jump forward with this process

Facebook and insta are easy and integrated

Be sure to show who you are and your value

Think of your post  as pre Interview for your attraction market efforts

Tic toc and snap are fun even if they are more for the younger set

Snap will be introducing augmented reality if your looking to authentically stand out

relax. Be yourself , show real value and enjoy it. It will show and resonate with people who can use your service

Nice month sir !

digital Omni channel promotion/marketing is a must. I’d include circle P  calls/notes to cast a wide outreach net for your listing  effort

you may need to leverage some support staff if you do this right on top of your current success

Best of luck

Reputation, real Training and support as well as how you “ fit “ in the culture will be key in your decision making

I would truly consider half a dozen or so from what you paired down through some  due diligence. Starting with the right group will reduce unnecessary friction and get you to your personal goals

Well done on taking action in what is your business.

I admire focus such as yours showing itself at such an early age

Today you can research  upscale brokerages to great depths and should as a the right brokerage is key to accelerated success.  The brokerage that resonates with you and offers the most REAL training and opportunity to work with excellent agents will deliver the most to your career for your time.  Take your time and do deep due diligence in making this choice.

You can absolutely get paid to do support work in many better brokerages.

That will get you in the trenches to learn from high performers while developing your skills and industry understanding

Well don on showing this level of initiative at your age

I’m another voice underlining how much of the how to information and learning your looking for is available outside of the RE course. I will add that you should review and understand the tax benefit a fully functioning 750 hr year)RE agent who owns and manages multi units can enjoy.  File that under keep more of what you earn

It can be significant depending on your plans and goals

Speak with CPA in your area to understand how this applies in your specific state
