Investing in old multifamily a good idea?

I'm lookimg for a multifamily rental property and could only find old houses that fit the numbers when it comes to cashflow. Now, when I say old, these are very old. Construction years between 1920 and 1955. Are they really worth it? Should I expect a lot of unseen maintenance expenditure on these? Should entirely drop this idea or is it worth pursuing these? New investor and can use some direction! Thank you.

@AJ Leman It actually helps! Basically, you mean it's worth the capex if you get a good deal and the numbers look good but be prepared for repairs. Thank you!
