Beginners Guide to Invest in MA

Hello All,

Extremely new member with interests in starting an investment career in MA. Currently a Loan Originator but want to produce a portfolio for long term income. MA seems to be potentially difficult due to high market prices and trying to find which strategy to go with. Open to meet new people to discuss and learn the ins and outs of different investment strategies. Also trying to complete as many deals in the beginning with using a small percentage of my own money. Obviously 20% down payment for a conventional loan with properties being on the market for 300k-500k is a little much at the moment.

How are people completing deals now a days? Flipping? BRRRR method? Single family or Multi Family?

Thank you in advice ! Excited to learn and meet new people

Welcome to the journey man. You should pick up the BP book on investing with no or low money down. There are some great strategies in there. Also the book BRRRR is great. You can basically buy a rental property for free with this
