Lots of people are asking for a meetup, let's do this!

We had our last meetup at Showboat and it was very open and quiet inside, which should help us do our thing.

The lot out front may not say "Free parking" but there is not an attendant in the booth.  Walk in the front and past the front desk.  Just down the main hall, we will meet near the bar area there.

Atlantic City! Anything from A-F here, still cheap but rebounding.

@Ty Martin My guess in Collingswood is that a 1/1 would still have decent demand but I would do some homework looking at rentals and talking with locals in the biz

I have seen 1/2 baths put in at the back of the house, off the kitchen and in the dinning room by the window as a previous poster commented.

Good luck.

 This is exactly right.

There are stairs under the stairs (to the basement), this is not a great option

Hit me up if you are.  We may throw a "mixer" if there are people attending.

I'm posting this here because it's not a meetup I'm a part of, other than attending.

Definitely a good place for NJ/PA/NY investors to connect with lenders because I'm guessing there will be a crap-ton of them there.

 I'm down if intrested.

Also, we are hosting a meetup this Thursday that is after an auction for AC properties.

I can't post a link but can be found from the link in my signature.

Thank you Kurt, Is there a way two people can see the calls coming in at the same time?

Ashley

Google Voice does not offer this.  I like @Robert Draiss recommendation of CallRail, that does offer this for cheap.

With marketing, it is best to use a separate number for every campaign.  This way you know exactly what campaign they took the action to call.

In reference to Fishtown, things are a lot different now.  Frankfort ave looks nothing like it did back then, and I would say the same about many main corridors in the area.  5 years ago it was not as built up as it is now and most people were still very negative on real  estate.

Today there is simply not enough inventory for the demand of well-qualified buyers.
