congrats!  ok so your living in the same unit you purchased correct?

By the book I think you still need it with updated owner info but I’d check with the city.

You don’t need a CO for a cash sale but do need it to move someone in.  So you may have gotten away with doing it for closing but the people in the office are very helpful.

fossil fuel subsides are 10X  vs renewables.  This point of yours is flawed, along with most systems don't have batteries.

I think we can both agree that this requirement does not help affordable housing.

Not many houses on the market are on this high ground and have never flooded.  This home offers a full basement and very low flood insurance (needed if mortgaged).  It is a nice side street with good people.

Nice 3 bedroom home in the heart of Atlantic City. Walk one block to the beach and boardwalk. Nice weekend getaway or full time home. Rent to exchange students working here in the summer for close to $7000 for the summer season.  Could also do a yearly rental or AirBnB.

Wow this is quite a story.  Anyone else want to hear more?  Maybe a BP podcast about this topic.  I had no idea a show was pulled down.

Short sales are notoriously difficult especially with mega banks. It’s probably the same everywhere.

I prefer auctions because it’s less drama and time
