Funny thing my wife is mixed with Irish.

Initially began make career investing looking into fix and flips, then migrated my attention to the Notes side of the business. I found that area to be an excellent opportunity to create passive income and strong capital gains.

That is a great plan! Simple, have you ever looked at the same strategy on the notes side of the business? You could turn them pretty quick.

who is your mortgage with?

Are you still looking for buy and holds?

Were you pre-approved for a credit line or mortgage? If it is credit line, you have multiple options, for instance I invest in cash flow notes. You would have multiple options in my arena. Shoot me a msg and we can chat in more detail.

Here is side bar question, have you ever considered investing in notes? That could be another area of generating cash flow.
