Greetings BP members, Nate Barbee (Rockwall, TX). I'm currently working full time in the oil and gas industry while investing part time in real estate. I've acquired 3 condos, and 1 single family home in the past 30 months. Down payments on first 4 properties were sourced directly by saving income from my employee job. Each property has great equity, but mainly focusing on growing cash flow streams. Researching and building my knowledge in real estate every day. Open to all ideas and strategies on further expansion. Avid listener of BP podcast! Regards, Nate Barbee
