Pre approved for 110k what's my best plan of action?
Hello BP this is my first post! Anyways I've been reading a lot and learning about real estate for the past few months. Currently I'm renting and it would be cheaper to buy. I have all down payment and closing costs in savings+ emergency fund.
I'm preapproved for 110k which is kind of low end for my area so I will be moving to a cheaper area in my price range.
BP my question is once I move into my own house what would be the best option for me to invest in real estate? How would I go about getting a new property to rent?
