First off, thank you for your services to our country! My family to your, man I appreciate every sacrifice you have made for the freedom we get to enjoy to do real estate and more. There is another to generate cash flow with all of the stresses of flipping houses and landlording, all are great methods, I have found to investing in cash flow note secured by real estate to be profitable and less complicated. PM and we can chat little more about note options.
