I was contact by a Ian Khellah is with Suntrust Funds or Suntrust Mortgage. Does anyone know if he or they are legit?

It looks like Suntrust is legit but I'm hesitant because they have an application online and he sent me a document. I probably will not move forward with it, but at least wanted to get the community's feedback.

@Account Closed Keep going brother, nobody said owning your own business would be a cake walk...nevertheless at the end of the day it is really worth it.

@Oommen Eapen there are so many hard money lenders in Houston, I have some relationships with a few. But ultimately it is up to you how you decide to work with hard money lenders, they be an asset if worked properly...if not you will lose a ton of money.
