Sam Valme Welcome to BP!! Glad to have you one here, sounds like you had quite the experience! Pumped up for where you going. I personally invest in Notes secured by real estate, so I could create passive income without then managing the physical property. I love this area of the business and who know maybe we could work a deal together in the future.

Hello mam!! We are super excited to have apart of the BP family now! Initially I began my investing career looking into fix and flips, then shifted my attention to the Notes side of the business. I found that area to be an excellent opportunity to create passive income and strong capital gains. Looking forward to connecting with you! I haven't worked with that type of rental, but there are plenty of ppl on here who could help you.  Nevertheless if you are looking to get stronger returns possibly through your IRA or retirements account, there are options with real estate investing that you could take advantage of...just food for thought...

I haven't read it, but I have read plenty of their books and they have helped me keep a clear focus during tough and good times. Love your excitement! Why did you choose real estate?

There are multiple ways to skin a cat (even though I do not condone such behavior, lol). My personal preference is to create assets that cover my expenses. All while minimizing my expenses. What if you created another stream of income to cover your immediate expense? How much money would you save? How often would you think about that payment if you had another payment coming in to cover it? I personally prefer to invest in notes because they pay strong returns with less headaches of the physical property. I hope this helps.

It really depends on what you are trying to accomplish, if you want but and hold, I would take into consideration total package that comes along with it...maintaining the home. Nevertheless when you take in the ability to leverage OPM then you can acquire more assets servicing multiple loans versus all your money into one asset. I personally prefer to invest in Notes secured by real estate, because I get the same returns if not better AND I don't have to deal with tenants, toilets or trash...food for thought.

Initially I began my investing career looking into fix and flips, then migrated my attention to the Notes side of the business. Congratulations on taking your first step out there! The world of real estate investing it is a big pond. Initially started looking into fix and flips, then I learn more about the paper side of the business and the options to create passive income from that side. I found it to be a great way to do without having to deal toilet, tenants or trash. Feel free to contact me, I would love to educate on this side of the business. Who know maybe even do a deal together. Remember, wealth is a team sport, it would be very challenging trying to make it all happen just within your own efforts.
