I can't tag people for some reason from my cell, but @Daniel Flesher is a member of BP. I haven't used his company yet, but I intend to. They are Cadre design.

For modular homes, I've worked at a couple of the manufacturers. There is at least 2 in the Scranton, Pa area. The one I worked for is Simplex. I can't remember the name of the other place. There was a 3rd I worked at but they closed down.

I see. I don't know anything about chestnut hill, other than I think it's a nice area when I drive through it! Haha! I didnt include it in my keywords.

Where exactly is point breeze being over looked? I see rehabs and new construction all over there. Have you driven or walked the area? Perhaps tell us some street boundaries as a reference since what i call point breeze may not be what what you're calling point breeze.

@Scott C. what are you looking for in a partner? Are you looking for a money partner? maybe someone who knows more about rehabbing?  what strengths do you possess? what weaknesses do you have that a partner could help bolster? I am looking for a partner also. feel free to email, text or message me on here.

Crime doesn't know any neighborhoods. It won't discriminate from graduate hospital to brewerytown or fishtown. Awareness of the situation is your best bet. If the numbers work, go for it.
