Recommendations for an Architect, GC and Modular Manufacturer

Hi, 

I am looking to build several multifamily houses.  Has anybody worked with a good Architect and GC in the Philadelphia area?  The lots are located close to each other.  One of the lots I am thinking about putting in modular housing.  I also need recommendations for a good manufacturer.  Thanks!

I can't tag people for some reason from my cell, but @Daniel Flesher is a member of BP. I haven't used his company yet, but I intend to. They are Cadre design.

For modular homes, I've worked at a couple of the manufacturers. There is at least 2 in the Scranton, Pa area. The one I worked for is Simplex. I can't remember the name of the other place. There was a 3rd I worked at but they closed down.
