Buying/building boom in Philadelphia

Hey BP,

I am reaching out to all my Philadelphia buy and hold people. Obviously the whole area around center city is booming right now especially with new construction. What do all you guys think about the point breeze area? Still very affordable area to buy and hold or practice BRRRR and seems like it is being over looked a little. Do you guys think it might eventually expand to that area as well once all the other areas start getting too popular/expensive for renters? Would love to hear some local investors thoughts on it as I am looking to make a purchase again soon.
