@Judy Best Interesting...I met a social media coach several months ago and like her and her services, but can't afford it right now.  I definitely will be working with her as soon as I can though.  Thanks for the suggestion, it confirms what I was considering doing.  

@Judy Best I am a very private person but am learning that being a successful Realtor requires the opposite  :)   I am now posted on various media types and working towards getting comfortable with it.

Judy Best, thank you very much for your post! You're right.  I added my photo to my business cards and  it does help when people see you on other marketing media.  Great post, thanks!

Hi Anthony, thank you for sharing your thoughts about the business cards. I posted the question because I was surprised to meet a couple of Real Estate Agents who didn't have their photos on their RE business cards.  As a RE Agent now myself, I thought it was unusual to not see their pic on their cards. Their reasoning was Doctors and Lawyers don't put their pic on their business cards, so why should they...I wasn't sure if this was starting to be a trend.

Taylor L.  Your point about controlling the follow up is a good reason to hold onto the cards received. Your cartoon drawing of yourself on a business card would be something different, original and interesting for sure :)

Do you still use business cards?   As a Realtor or Investor, does having your photo on your business cards make a difference, do you think it makes you stand out from other Realtors or Investors?  Why or Why not?

Does it help you identify or remember the Business card givers days or weeks after you receive them?    Thank you in advance for your reply.
