Has anyone used the Active Campaign program?  It's similar to Infusionsoft but less expensive?  What was or is your experience with this program?  Is it worth the investment? Is it working well or not for your business?  Is it easy to use or did you have to spend a lot of time learning how to navigate it?  Is their customer support responsive and available whenever you have needed them?  Any suggestions or ideas or welcomed, thank you.

@Cortney Jones I wish to God that I had seen this discussion earlier this year. As a newbie, I signed up for his CEO program the early part of this year, thinking that I was getting a ready made type business that I can grow, for what we paid for it.  But it definitely was not!  It was just as you said a lot of his and his company's butt covering which I thought was the norm and lost A LOT of money.  I don't think we got any where near our money's worth.  Unfortunately I signed their contract and supposedly can't say anything negative about him or his company anywhere or risk being sued.  However, he has more to lose than I do if he tries : ) 

Now, especially after seeing so many people being scammed by many alleged gurus, I don't spend anymore money on them.  Thank you very much for your insightful post. 

@Jackie Paugam  I just watched the Ross Hamilton Webinar today and had my credit card ready to pay the $1497 (today's allege special price, plus a monthly fee after six months) but came across this discussion on BiggerPockets.  I thank God that as I was googling his Pinpoint Profits website which appears to be connected to CI this discussion came up on it previously being a scam. 

So before you give them your money you may want to read this discussion forum from the beginning and do more research on Ross Hamilton, CI and his Pinpoint Profits before you decide. I don't know if they changed their practices or not but I'm not chancing losing any of my hard earned money to them.  Wishing you the best!

Has anyone here used a reliable and not too expensive phone call, voicemail and tracking company or service to receive calls from prospects, customers and your marketing?  I also want to be able to followup with these callers. I checked out Callrail and RingCentral and although they both have great features, they're a little too expensive for a Newbie like me to start out with. I don't want to use my personal cell phone number in my marketing and I also need to track and save calls I may miss when I'm not available to take calls. Any suggestions?  Did you have a good experience with the call service provider you are using? And how long have you been using it?  Thank you in advance for your reply.

I appreciate it.  Also, I was reviewing the BP tutorial for new members, to better understand how to navigate the forums and the site but the info is different and seems outdated.  Is the tutorial going to be update too?  Thank you again for your insite and replys.
