@Jay Hinrichs you not teaching him to fly is most likely the reason he has a pilots license on his list of Goals! And I agree, the #queenofcashflow definitely took it to a whole other level! He has $28 in his pocket now so she is doing something right haha!

Alisha Szczypkowski is really good. She is one of the agents with a List'N Sell (disclaimer: I work with another company owned by the same person as List'n Sell) I have used her before for my personal deals and currently have two personal properties listed with her as well. She is the best I've ever worked with.

@Sarah Karakaian Engelo loves answering questions and sharing his knowledge so make sure you ask him as many as you can! @Tom Chen welcome to BP! Its definitely the most useful resource I have found (outside of hounding @Engelo Rumora on a daily basis hehe)

@Robyn J. Toledo and Dayton are great markets also. Contact me if you ever look into these areas. I spent quite a few years in Cleveland as well, not a bad area depending on what you do there.

I have never used freedomsoft but I definitely love my experience with Podio. So many things you can do.

I have only heard great things about Memphis Invest, in this business you hear everything about everyone and it has never been in a negative light towards them.
