New Member Introduction

Hi Everyone, My names Logan and I'm new to BP. I recently just finished college but am a avid investor in the stock market. I'm looking to expand my assets and to get into real estate. I currently have a great W-2 job so my planned growth is Short Term: One deal per year for the next five years. SFR or Multi Family (Duplex) preferred. Long Term: Expand into smaller apartment complexes, and basic college housing. Then leave my W-2 job by the time I am 35, I'm currently 23. I've been following Bigger Pocket's podcast and have already learned a tremendous amount in a relatively short period of time. I'm currently based out of Ann Arbor, Mi and am searching for deals in Mid-Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan and Greater Toledo, Ohio as these areas are where I spend the majority of my time and I understand these markets. I look forward to reading your stories, learning more and sharing my growth with all of you!
