Cleveland - Akron Rental Market

Good morning all....So we're looking outside of our market for rental property opportunities and have been drawn to Ohio (based on some reading I've done recently)  - specifically the Cleveland and Akron markets. It seems there is some decent value in these markets, but I haven't yet done sufficient research as to the best neighborhoods... B or C neighborhoods, etc...I'd love to get some input from investors in this market about these and surrounding cities....thanks!

We have rentals in Akron, Dayton, & Toledo. Our rentals were aquired thru purchase of non-performing notes, then foreclose, rehab, & now rented with 3rd party manager. Even though all of our rentals are for sale, we like Toledo & Dayton better than Akron. The reason for selling is we focus on notes not being the landlord. Happy to expand more regarding these markets.
