Turnkey-reviews.com is a great place to find turnkey providers as well as reviews about each company!

Hello Jesse!

Great job on being able to save money at such a young age. As far as investing, I would definitely get into turn-key real estate. The ROI I receive on my properties has by far outweighed any other investing I have looked into. Look into diversifying your investing, SFH and MFH. Look into areas that aren't as high priced so that you can buy multiple properties. Last but not least, make sure whoever you invest with are the right people for you!

@Account Closed I use Facebook to buy, but not sell. I only sell properties to a select few but on the purchase side, it is great I definitely agree

When your just done. I am not sure that yo can truly set a goal of stopping unless you know that 10 year goal is all you wanted. In my opinion, there will come a day when I just know I'm done or have accomplished what I wanted. I can't see myself setting a limit and just being done.

By the way, congrats on smashing your goal!

There is one called "principles of real estate: accounting and taxation" that is decent but unless you have accounting knowledge before hand, you will not learn all you need from books. There are also some online courses and videos, but of course you have to have some accounting knowledge before you self teach.
