I always serve a 3 day the day after my grace period ends. UNLESS the tenant has contacted me and is not habitually late. At the least it should spark a phone call.

I agree with Paul Parker Toledo is definitely a great place to invest. Paul is great at drumming up deals here, I follow him closely
