I knew as soon as I opened my mailbox today, what this letter was. 

I also immediately noticed a glaring error...

So, what do you think? Was this a sloppy mistake? Or a subversive marketing twist in order to get people to open the letter? Hmmmmm

Yes. Anything other than blue ink and it will be rejected. Something about ensuring it is original and not copied/faxed etc....

I've seen plenty of ads on CL, and people at REI groups looking for bird dogs. Never seen one that paid by the lead or hour. They all paid on closing.

Honestly, that price seems high for a mobile home in that area. Is it on a large amount of land? Relatively new, large or in otherwise great condition? I've seen many mobile homes on the outer fringes of DFW for half that price or less.

If you were actually getting face time with the owner and an expression of interest from them, that would be worth something.

As long as I avoided North Dallas, I could get anywhere during rush hour in 30 minutes.
