Hello Everyone! I wanted to see who was taking part in next months auction in Tulsa County? I’m from Detroit, Mi and we have an auction there. But, it’s a little more detailed than Tulsa. What has been your experience if you’ve participated before? What should I expect?

The Sheriff Sales have some good properties, but due diligence is key. If the property has liens against it, the buyer usually is responsible for clearing them. A buyer can look up the tax records and try to determine fair market value, but unless it is on the market for sale, it can be tricky to make informed decisions. A realtor is helpful, as we can find older listings that can shed light on the property. Many times there are photos, age of roof or HVAC systems, state of kitchens and bathrooms.
