Hello! I wanted to know if anyone had any great experiences with the different carpet liquidators here in a atlanta on Pleasantdale Rd? Or any horror stories? 

I’m an investor in Atlanta, Ga. Trying to figure out if purchasing carpet almost two hours away (Dalton, etc) is worth it in the long run? 

Are the discounts and shipping fees worth the drive?

They are flips. Just replacing the carpet that was already there.

Greetings All. I’m renovating a few properties in the Metro Atlanta area and was interested in knowing how others find carpet for around $10/square yard or under.

What’s your opinion on purchasing properties to flip in a flood zone if it doesn’t affect your plans of adding square footage to the property?

Here in Georgia it seems like there are flood zones everywhere.
