Hello. My family and I are trying to get started on a journey to find land to purchase and build our homes on. I’m wondering how I should go about starting this whole process? How do I search for land? What strategies do I use? How do I go about pricing out a build? How do I put together a business plan for this? What professionals do I contact? Etc etc.

Hello. I have a home that I live in but I also collect rent from. I rent to my children. We are looking to purchase another property. We are in the Bay Area (California). I was told I could not do a 1031 Exchange unless my home is an investment property. Is that true? Is there a way I can speak with a 1031 Exchange expert to figure out how I can make it work?

Hey Everyone! So I keep telling myself every year that I’m going to tighten up on becoming more financially organized, which includes allocating my income into a structure/strategy/system that will be the smartest for my family’s future. So that includes retiring as well as setting my children up for their education and also preparing for when I pass on.

I live in the Atlanta Ga area and I’m wondering if anyone has any advice or suggestions on whose brain I can pick to help me ACTUALLY start putting this together. Also wondering if anyone can suggest any BP podcast episodes I could listen to? The thing is, I’m looking for creative and newer ideas for reaching these goals. Not the dinosaur methods.

Hello! I wanted to research REITS to find out what real estate ETFs or stocks I should invest in. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Or does anyone have any suggestions on other ways to invest in real estate without actually purchasing a home and flipping?

Hello! I was wondering if anyone knew of a strategy to find new construction homes for sale in the Metro Atlanta area? I’ve been having a hard time finding a new construction home under $200k. It seems like everyone stopped building in that price range. I’m wondering what strategies or methods do you use in order to find out what’s coming soon or what’s out there that’s not listed?
