@Stephanie P.

Ok gotcha. The problem is no one does Conventional Loans for under $70k it seems. I thought it could be different if the property shows that it has been generating income for years, and if it appraises for more than the purchase price.

Hello. I’m wondering how I can help my client purchase 3 rental properties here in Atlanta Georgia? Are there loan packages for a purchase like that?

@John Corey

Definitely want my landing page to be of great use to whoever visits as well. A lot of helpful information and helpful links, as well as ebooks to download, etc.

@John Corey

Yes that’s what I’m currently researching. What platforms to use in order to reach my target audience (mainly international Buyers, then out of state Buyers).

Trying to work backwards like Cameron mentioned.

@John Corey

Thanks John. I know what type of leads I want to work with. I need to know how to put the funnel together without doing too much. I’m thinking I need a landing page, ideas and content for the landing page, platforms to advertise on in order to reach my target audience, etc. I need to know where exactly to go to set up each component. Like what’s the best way to set up a website? What systems do I need to invest in in order to create the funnel? Another thing I don’t want to do is waste money.

@Greg Scully

Thanks Greg!  Great points!  See I completely forgot about Succession Plans.  This is why I posed the questions, just to spark some ideas from different investors when it comes to the subject of Buy & Hold, because I feel like there's so many different opinions and strategies, yet so many simplify the process.

@Christopher Hunter

Hey Christopher. Yes I personally have Investors and I am an Investor. I'm trying to cover any and all questions a Buyer may have when it comes to Buy and Hold. I want to also dig into any and every strategy there is when it comes to the subject. I have info and I've helped others build their own portfolios and then use them to raise more money, but I know I don't know everything. So I'm interested in knowing every tax advantage strategy, everything when it comes to the analysis of a SFH for BAH to Multi Unit properties. Just trying to stimulate the flow of new info

@Jake S.

Thanks Jake.  Yes I'm really trying to dig into the minds of Buyers interested in Buying and Holding.
