Post: Which insurance for hosts?

I own an Airbnb in the US. I would like to make sure I am cover if the guests injury themselves. Also, if they break something (Airbnb doesn't always reimburse fairly). Also if there is more than $300 of damage, the procedure with Airbnb is complicated. For example, I would need to get a police report, etc.

Do you recommend any insurance company policy? What's the annual cost?

Thank you.

I am interested in finding listings for lock-off units? (= 2 bedrooms that can be divided in 2 apartment with 2 private entrances). Usually those are in "condo-hotels". I didn't see zillow, redfin, etc. search engines with this search option. Any suggestion to find such listing?

I would like to list my short-term rental located in Europe on Airbnb, VRBO, etc. and sync BOTH calendar and prices.

I use BeyondPricing, but I believe it only sync with Airbnb.

How do I make sure my BeyondPricing prices are also on VRBO?

Any easy way to have my listing and prices on more sites with calendar AND pricing sync?

I would like to place my short-term rental property on multiple sites (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) and manage all the guests requests on a single interface. I heard BookingSync.com can do it. Anybody use it? What do you think of it? Any other site that it better?

Thank you!

I am targeting Hawaii and would like to know the best places to buy a place I can put on Airbnb.

Is it more profitable to get a condo in a hotel? Outside a hotel? A house?

Any regulations against Airbnb?

I am looking for Condo-Hotel 2 bedrooms to buy where there is a lockout unit. In other words, it is a 2 bedrooms condo-hotel that can be divided in 2, with 2 private entrances (=2 front doors). One unit would have a kitchen + 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom, the other unit would have 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom. Do you know such property? Feel free to send me the listings.

I have a candidate who makes $90K per year. The monthly rent I would charge is $3.8K per month. Should I even consider accepting?

I want to buy some sofa beds for my Airbnb rental in Northern California. Any website or store to get a good price/quality? Do you recommend leather or fabric?
