BookingSync

I would like to place my short-term rental property on multiple sites (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) and manage all the guests requests on a single interface. I heard BookingSync.com can do it. Anybody use it? What do you think of it? Any other site that it better?

Thank you!

Matt,

You will probably continue having a difficult time to find a service that seamlessly connects all these sites. I've seen a few that have advertised their connectivity, but after talking with those companies directly they're not really doing anything more than what @Michael Greenberg already indicated here. The problem really comes down to the fact that the majority of these vacation rental platforms are not designed for enterprise use (because they're marketed towards consumers), so there's multiple proprietary systems to try to map out for someone to sync them all, rather than being built to map with the GDS (global distribution system) platforms that more traditional booking engines (Expedia, Booking.com, Travelocity, etc) use.
