I would like to set-up specific searches with MLS, or Refin/Zillow/etc. type of site. for the following searches:

1 - New listings within a specific building (for condo)

2 - 2 bedrooms/2 baths that include a lock unit (= 2 one bedroom + one bath).

I read there are various taxes: GET and  Transient Tax. What is the percentage of the gross income is it for each?

@Blair Russell Thank you for the info. For Proper, like any insurance each time there is an issue and a claim is filed for reimbursement, does my premium go up and up and up?

Since Airbnbs have issues often, I am wondering whether I then get a premium that goes through the roof.

To plan for an investment I would like to know where I could find public data about the number of tourist per year per cities in Oahu. Thank you!
