Josh I highly doubt you know all the facts as well. The idea of giving the go ahead to fire artillery into a town is ridicules honestly what did they thing Russia was going to do. Russia is not the US they will not just sit back. This was a bad leadership tactic for the president of Georgia.

Josh this is like punching a little guy and his big bad friend pounds you. The bottom line is you should have never punch that little guy. Little guy being south ossita.

For Georgia being a sovereign nation they didn't act to civilized. Russia is Russia they are not a true democratic nation. Just be lucky Russia doesn't absorb Georgia into Russia.

I agree Russia went to far, but that is Russia.

This is weird because most politicians made these rules about taxes and business. I believe in regulations but they went crazy. if you wonder why things cost more it's because of regulations. Building codes change all the time most likely they add more laws not take away.

The bottom line is there needs to be an overhaul of the system.
THIS IS WHY THERE IS A WAR ON THE MIDDLE CLASS........ :shoot:

If you got it in you do engineering. You can expand into different fields later in life.

This is interesting, I don't know all the facts. I think Georgia should have never unload their artillery on south ossita. If Russia was going to attack anyway Georgia is way over matched.

I just seen the missile defense agreement was signed in Poland.

www.weekendmillionaire.com is a pretty good source for rentals. They have monday night chats at 8pm EST.

www.brainpickapro.com is another good source. Just don't buy anything Larry does has a pretty good course for wholesaling.

I would spent lots of time on this site researching.

The very first thing I would do is get the mentality of REI. Just like any other business nothing is ever easy.

Someone starting out in RE in this market I would buy a primary home and have it set up for a rental. Meaning you buy at rental value live in it then maybe in a few months look for another property. This would build your credit and knowledge of being a homeowner and whats needed to make repairs. REI is not for everyone. You should visit your local REI club (Leave your wallet at home). I am sure they will let you in without paying for a full years membership. You might have to pay $25. I would start talking to someone that deals with REI beside others that are on the sidelines.

Best of luck.

Having a PM depends on your personal, and financial situation, as well as your goals. I have a PM, I travel about 6 months of the year. It gets intense at times. REI is not my main gig. I just buy the properties because they give a better return than my other investments. These properties are retirement investments not another job thats foresure.

Someone mentioned about some people being arrogant. Welcome to a public forum. Debating an issue and being flexible is the key to success. Think positive, stay positive. Just make every issue positive.

How did it go?

I don't need to buy every house. I help people out anyway I can. Most preforeclosures I run into have liens or other crap on them were it's not worth my time. One things I would do is attend the auction usually most are postponed. However I would locate the banks rep and hand him my card. Usually it's an attorney.

Sorry I thought you was referring to Napoleon Hills method of mastermind.

REI isn't my main gig. Your method does sound interesting.

Post: Locating a contractor.

Something I found very handy when looking for a contractor. I usually ask Real Estate agents in the area for a list of at least 4 contractors. Usually their best will be on the top of the list. I ask for a list sense most agents are hesitant to recommend a contractor. Well once you ask a few agents your list starts to grow and you can see what contractors are on the lists the most. If you see ABC contracting on every list and only see XYZ contracting on 1 list I would really look into ABC contracting. Make sure every contractor is insured and has workman's comp. they should have this information with them when you meet.

Hope this helps some.
