What about the rest of the Government like the House and Senate. Usually your local and state Governments effect you more than the Federal. I write to my State and Federal officials when they start to do something stupid. I even call their offices to express my dissatisfaction with their job performance if needed.

2 years we should have a balance in power as long as Republicans don't do anything stupid. I voted straight Republican this year because of this. I didn't even care if Big Bird was running.

It's not rocket science. Say the average STARTER home costs $150k you have to come up with 10% down plus closing then furnish the darn thing. So say that's around $25k I really don't know of to many people that can come up with that money. Keep in mind I said starter so chances are these are the 24-33 age group blue collar workers. So you include car payment, student debt. etc. the working dollar has not caught up with the cost of living. With regulation on building codes the cost to build out weighs the cost most people can handle hands down. I have not bought anything sense 05 and most likely I won't buy anything in the next 1.5 years.

Welcome to Capitalism :welcome:

The question is do you want to be the VICTIM or the PREDATOR?

I use Quiken Home & Business. I picked it up on Ebay for $30 shipped. Any new software is confusing to me. My Millage is on an Excel sheet.

If I remember right my local SBA or College offered QB classes. not sure of the price.

Hope this helps some.

Yes, I have all the books and the offer generator. I tried for months to create and accurate excel spread sheet then I picked up the Offer generator and I found out I wasted months of time. I recommend the generator. It's a little confusing to use at first but now it's a breeze. I am going to try and make the chat room tonight on their site. I think the President of BB&T will be there.

You might be able to find offer generator on ebay.

Best of luck.

I just seen this situation on the news, It's happening in FL. However some have reported that the new tenants (what ever you call them) actually are keeping up on the property better than the banks or who ever had them.

I kicked legal tenants out before I purchased a property. I didn't have a problem. Tenant = no close.
