Locating a contractor.

Something I found very handy when looking for a contractor. I usually ask Real Estate agents in the area for a list of at least 4 contractors. Usually their best will be on the top of the list. I ask for a list sense most agents are hesitant to recommend a contractor. Well once you ask a few agents your list starts to grow and you can see what contractors are on the lists the most. If you see ABC contracting on every list and only see XYZ contracting on 1 list I would really look into ABC contracting. Make sure every contractor is insured and has workman's comp. they should have this information with them when you meet.

Hope this helps some.
