Upgrade, I would find an investor at your REI club ask them "HOW YOU CAN HELP THEM" You will learn tons. That being said I think you will need to get a job. The construction field would be good. I would stay away from Residential. Have you looked at the electrical, HVAC, or plumbing fields? I know most companies in the US will send the new guys to a 4 years vocational school at nights.

Good Luck

Good deal Mike, be careful how you word those. I get a copy back in the mail with no response. The key is to have enough people write to the papers, the state, and local guys. This is why we have REI clubs. You can get guys like you together to hound the Government when junk like this happens.

Oh well the good thing is they can't lien your house. Well who knows what they will do next.

In most areas the average starter home is still $200k. With less people getting married and college tuition pretty high, I honestly don't know how some afford a house now. with stricter credit rules, are there any home buyers out there that could afford or even qualify for a home? oh well. I think the Feds are putting a band aid on this house thing. Of course the normal educated people have to pay the bill for uneducated people.

Not really sure were you've been. I've been boycotting Citgo for about a year or longer.

not sure about the rebel groups in America.

A divorce is a legal process. For there to be a divorce action is required by the court. You can wait until something is filed at the court or you can try to market to people before they get to that stage (sellers who are breaking up).

John Corey

Can you explain that comment a little more. "Marketing to people that are breaking up"? I'm interested on how you would go about doing this.

If you can get your own name as a domain do it. they are only like $10 a year plus you get an email account that you can use forever. www.kenhicksjr.com is my domain [email protected] is my email I also own another site for REI that I don't even have it up yet. The one I have set up now is free(it looks free as well), it gets it's point a crossed. However if I did take REI serous I would buy a site, but still get your name for a domain.
