Welcome to BP Joseph! Brandon posted some great places on the site to get you started. If you cannot find what you are looking for be sure to ask, someone will help point you in the right direction. Good luck!

Welcome to BP David, good luck on getting that first property sold! I am sure the lessons you have learned and just going through the process will really help for the next one, I know it did for me. If you can't find something you are looking for let us know, someone will point you in the right direction.

Amanda Fox, perhaps you can try to upload again...there seems to be a problem.

Eric Michaels,

Aaron was making a point (with a little humor). His point is there are many ways to invest and they do not all require you to be an outspoken, extrovert...and he is right. There are many ways (including using a property manager) to limit your interactions. Of course you cannot completely get away from all interaction and live like Henry David Thoreau in Walden (which I believe Aaron said tounge in cheek).

Plus, once you find a good team (ie property management company), you can really step back from the everyday interactions.
