I do wholesale assignments. I am looking for an Excel sheet to help estimate repairs. Does anyone have one I might use?

The book gives cost ranges for each of the individual rehab tasks, but certainly won't tell you how much things will cost in your specific area, using your specific contractors, working on one specific house with a specific set of finishes at a specific time of year given your specific ability to negotiate.

As that last statement implies, no book can ever give that information...

That said, the purpose of the book is to provide a framework for how to learn to estimate rehab costs, how to generate bids and how to put it all together so that you understand the process of creating a rehab estimate.  It details all of the major areas of renovation, along with all the most common tasks you'll encounter within each of those areas.

In other words, the book provides a system for you to be able to create detailed and accurate rehab estimates.
